A recent episode of my Podcast –
Episode 12 – Gopi Vadsak (Aawaari) – Breathing emotions into visual art and making it come alive! – In this episode, I’m talking to Gopi Vadsak popularly known on Instagram as Aawaari.
She is a visual designer, stylist, photographer and a creative director. Her creative photos and videos go viral every now on then on the Interwebs. Her work has been recognised by the likes of Adobe. We touch base on a variety of things in this conversation like – Her story, her struggle with anxiety and her way out of it, her creative process. How creatives like her make money in this profession and on what scale they should charge. How to work with whatever tools you have in hand to make something awesome!
All of this and much more. (Click the link above to listen to the full episode)

A conversation which got me super fascinated about city recycling systems —
Brilliant Minds of Trash and Sewage – I found this podcast episode is very interesting. In this episode, Pam Elardo (Deputy Commissioner of New York City’s Department of Environmental Protection) and Ron Gonen (New York City’s first “Recycling Czar”) talk about how waste and Recycling systems in New York City.
New York City generates 1.3 billion gallons of wastewater every day. 16 million pounds of trash. Eight million pounds of recyclables. Think of the awesome engineering and effort behind making all of that “go away” without our thinking about it.
This conversation was fascinating and gives so many ideas which many cities should implement.
A song which has me hypnotised –
Goodbye – This song is the theme song of a Netflix series – Dark. I’m looking forward to watching the series. But when I saw the trailer of this series this song came up.
It’s from a German musician named Apparat and from Album – The Devil’s Walk
Now that I’ve listened to it, there is no going back, this song got stuck in my head and it feels hypnotic
Just mind-bending.
Quote I’m pondering on lately –
Instead of wondering when your next vacation is,
Seth Godin
maybe you should set up a life you don’t need to escape from.
Until Next Saturday!
Thanks for reading.
