From old age google searches to context based quick searches. We are already living in the future of technology. Here are some tools availale today, which I use or have used, which has definitely transformed my productivity to next level –

  1. ChatGPT from OpenAI: ChatGPT is like having a super-smart friend who can chat with you about anything. It generates human-like responses to text inputs, making it great for customer support, content creation, and even helping with coding questions.
  2. Microsoft CoPilot: Microsoft CoPilot is your AI-powered sidekick for productivity. Integrated into Microsoft 365 apps like Word and Excel, it helps you write, edit, and generate documents, spreadsheets, and presentations more efficiently.
  3. Perplexity: Perplexity is a cutting-edge AI tool designed to make your search queries smarter and more intuitive. It helps you find precise answers quickly by understanding the context of your questions, making it a powerful assistant for research and learning.

Microsoft Outlook + Viva Insights: Microsoft’s game changing communication suit now has Viva Insights, which is AI based helpful assistant which can securely look into the private data and find out any missing tasks you would like to get into, help you follow up timely, send the emails mindfull. These intelligently placed assistants can streamline your emails, scheduling them and following up on this, ensuring you never miss an important conversation at work.

  1. Google Calendar and Google Assistant: Google Assistant can help you manage your Google Calendar, suggesting optimal times for meetings and reminding you of upcoming events.
  2. Microsoft Teams and Viva Insights: For scheduling of your calendar invites, teams meetings Microsoft’s placement of Viva Insights along with other Viva tools is just fantastic, it can help you book focus time or quiet time, help you understand your extended network while communicating (the network graph is quite interesting).

More than third party services which are already available, I will vouce for Apple Intelligence based Apple Mail.
