An article (quora answer) I am pondering on —

Can someone break a habit without replacing it with something else? – Here is an answer I found on Quora this week, it shares a few important points on how one can replace a bad habit with a good one. It tells how neural highways work in our brains.

It’s a great way to come out of a bad habit. Like – Smoking, Drinking or an OCD habit.
