A few years ago, when Covid hit, we found ourselves glued to screens more than we should have been, blurring the boundaries between work and personal life. Then, during the second wave of Covid, I hit a wall—a burnout.
That’s when I first recognized the need to step away from screens and disconnect completely before bedtime. Around the same time, I came across the concept of Digital Detox.
What is Digital detox?
Digital detox refers to voluntarily refraining from using digital devices such as smartphones, computers, and social media platforms. It’s a way to prioritize real-life interactions without distractions.
I started incorporating this concept into my own life and began experiencing several benefits.
